Program Rules & Procedures

  1. Product nominations may be by PRINT 09 exhibitors and Selection Committee members.

  2. Nominations must be submitted on program entry forms downloadable online from: www.print09.org or www.mustseeems.com.

  3. Each product to be considered must be submitted on a separate Candidate for Nomination form. 

  4. The Candidate for Nomination Form must provide all requested information and submit electronically in Word (Office 2003) for Windows XP format; do not submit PDFs.   Responses must be answered in the space provided, not as attachments.  

  5. Each Candidate for Nomination Form must be accompanied by the $150 nomination/ handling fee (non-refundable).  Do not include product literature or other material with entry forms.

  1. Nominees may be asked to e-mail or FedEx specific product literature.  If requested, respond within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the request.  Failure to do so may result in elimination from further consideration.

  2. The deadline to receive all Candidate Nomination Forms is noon EDT on Wednesday, July 1 2009.  No Exceptions!

  3. The judgment of the Selection Committee and announced results are final.  The Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC) and its owners, the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference and its sponsors, the PrintCom Consulting Group, and individual members of the Selection Committee will not be libel for any damages, as a result of the commission or omission of any action, actual or consequential, arising out of the conduct of this program.

  4. Announcements of Must See ‘ems and Worth-a-Look recognition will be made at the conclusion of the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference, 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, on Thursday, September 10, 2009.  Companies submitting entries are invited to join the Conference for the announcement.
